Garmin analytics beyond Connect
Connect shows what you did. DataFrame.fit is a free Garmin analytics dashboard for what to do next: whether today's plan still fits, whether the quality work landed, and whether fitness, form, and fueling are trending the right way.
Free Garmin analytics on top of Connect: today's plan with form and fitness, quality-block compare, week compare, plan vs done, bricks, plan the week onto your watch from Calendar, nutrition, heatmap, and share cards.
Today's call on Home
After overnight recovery syncs, Home puts today's plan next to what you have already done. You see the session, how form and fitness may change if you complete it, and the expected load - so the Garmin readiness number is not the only signal.
- Today's plan in four boxes: session, form, fitness, and load
- Recovery from sleep, HRV, Body Battery, and readiness pulled from Garmin
- A new session appears as soon as it downloads - open it without waiting for Sync to finish
After the session
Activity review is built for how coaches talk about work, not only averages. Structured Garmin workouts show plan vs done and the workout score when the file has one. Rides get bike splits and power zones; runs keep pace language; open-water swims can show watch temperature next to station weather.
- Quality-block compare across sessions - the hard intervals, not easy padding
- Compare weeks - load, heart rate, sleep, HRV, and Form, including race week
- Plan vs done after a structured workout, including Garmin's workout score
- HR and power zones on the charts, moving-time streams, and sport-aware splits
- Same-day bricks (bike-run, strength-run, hybrid) with fade on the second leg
Trends, not only one ride
Fitness & Form tracks VO2 max, lactate threshold, and cycling FTP when Garmin revises them. Session Quality has running, cycling, and swimming progress. Volume balances the week. Compare weeks lines up load, heart rate, sleep, and Form across Monday-Sunday weeks. A yearly GPS heatmap and a records hub sit beside the calendar.
- Fitness, form, VO2, lactate threshold, and cycling FTP from Garmin
- Compare weeks from Calendar or a race - last week vs this week, or race week vs the week before
- Recovery, Session Quality, and Volume dashboards
- Mean-max, CP / W', W'bal, decoupling, and W/kg from your activity warehouse
- Yearly GPS heatmap, personal bests, and gear wear synced from Garmin
Plan the week onto the watch
Add workouts on Calendar yourself, paste an AI week, or pull a Google Sheet, Garmin Coach, or TrainingPeaks calendar on Training Plan. Structured sessions go to Garmin so the workout is on the watch. Sheet descriptions become warm-up, intervals, and cool-down unless the sheet names distance or time.
- No coach required - add your own sessions on Calendar
- Imported coaches on Training Plan - Google Sheet, Garmin Coach, and TrainingPeaks
- Ask Claude, Cursor, GPT-4, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, or another assistant, and choose what each one may change
- Smart suggested names you can write back to Garmin
Fueling, hybrid sports, and share cards
Nutrition uses Garmin burn plus a protein target and a food log - scan a barcode or pick from the list. HYROX and CrossFit are first-class, not buried as other. Share a session, a day, or a week as a card, or a privacy-controlled public activity link.
- Protein and calorie log with barcode scan for packaged food
- HYROX and CrossFit tagging, volume splits, and brick pairs
- Activity, day, and week share cards - including send to Instagram from your phone
