Connect Polar
Support / Connect Polar
How to link Polar Flow to DataFrame.fit in Settings. Polar is supported as a primary watch alongside Garmin. Connect one watch at a time.
What Polar sync includes
DataFrame imports recent Polar exercises after you link (Polar AccessLink typically covers about the last 30 days of new uploads). FIT charts are pulled when Polar provides them.
Sleep, HRV, Body Battery, and Training Readiness in DataFrame come from Garmin wellness - Polar sync does not import those overnight scores yet. Keep Polar Flow for Polar's own recovery views. Garmin remains recommended if you want those scores and plan push onto the watch. Polar plan push is not available yet.
One primary watch
DataFrame uses one primary watch at a time. Connecting Polar clears Garmin on this account, and connecting Garmin clears Polar. TrainingPeaks and MyWhoosh stay optional either way.
Steps
- Open Settings - Sign in, then open Settings. Connections is where watch accounts live.
- Choose Polar - Select Polar and tap Connect Polar. You will sign in with Polar Flow (OAuth).
- Approve access - Allow DataFrame.fit to read your Polar training data. Connecting Polar disconnects Garmin on this account.
- Sync Polar - Use Sync Polar on the card, or Sync in the header, so recent exercises land on Activities and Home.
