Pick the sports you train
Support / Pick the sports you train
How Your sports works in DataFrame.fit. Mark every sport you train and choose a primary so Home, volume, bricks, tips, and race formats stay relevant - nothing is buried as other.
Why this list matters
Home, volume splits, bricks, tips, and race formats follow the sports you mark. A triathlon or HYROX week should not look like a generic other bucket. Mark what you train so those surfaces stay relevant.
Multisport and hybrid
Triathlon, duathlon, Swimrun, aquathlon, aquabike, and generic multisport are first-class, as are HYROX and CrossFit. Garmin multisport files show as one race card with per-leg analysis. Same-day pairs such as bike-run still show as bricks.
Public sport pages
Every sport you can pick has a public page under Sports in the site menu. Open Sports if you want to see how DataFrame.fit treats running, triathlon, HYROX, or another sport before you sign in.
Steps
- Open Your sports - Settings - Your sports. Sports are grouped so you can scan endurance, multisport, hybrid, racquet, winter, and the rest.
- Tap every sport you train - Select running, cycling, triathlon, HYROX, and anything else you actually do. Changes save as you tap.
- Choose a primary - Pick one primary sport. That sets defaults on Home and Analysis when more than one sport is marked.
