How to share a DataFrame.fit activity, day, or week as a PNG card, or create a privacy-controlled public activity link. Choose what friends see before you send it.
Cards for social posts
Share cards are images you copy or download. Use them for Stories or a feed post. Pick logo position and the stats you want on the card. Transparent Stories sizes exist when you want the card over a photo.
Public activity links
A public link lets a friend open that one activity without an account. Heart rate, power, and other personal intensity can stay hidden on that page. Stopping then re-sharing keeps the same link so people you already sent it to can still open it.
Privacy
You choose what leaves your account. A card is a snapshot you post. A public link is one activity with the privacy controls you set. Your full history stays behind sign-in.
Steps
- 1. Open the activity, day, or weekShare lives on the activity, on Home for a day, and as a week card.
- 2. Pick a cardChoose a size, preview the PNG, then copy or download.
- 3. Optional public linkCreate a share link if you want someone to open the activity in a browser. Intensity metrics can stay hidden.
