Read Recovery
Support / Read Recovery
How the Recovery page works in DataFrame.fit. See sleep, HRV, Body Battery, and readiness from Garmin, compared with your recent baseline - then decide whether today's work still fits.
Recovery vs today's plan
Home uses overnight recovery to check today's planned session. Recovery is the deeper page: charts over weeks, not only this morning's call. Use Home to decide; open Recovery when you want the trend.
If overnight data is pending
If the watch has not uploaded sleep yet, Home may say overnight recovery is pending. Sync again after Garmin Connect has the night. DataFrame.fit cannot invent wellness the watch has not sent.
What Garmin still owns
Sleep stages, Body Battery, and official readiness stay in Garmin Connect. DataFrame.fit reads those signals so today's plan and Recovery sit in one place with your load and sessions.
Steps
- Sync after you wake - Use Sync so last night's sleep, HRV, and readiness have landed from Garmin Connect.
- Open Recovery - Recovery sits under Understand. Scorecards at the top cover sleep, Body Battery, HRV, and related overnight metrics.
- Compare with your usual - HRV is about your recent baseline, not a universal score. Below usual often means protect intensity; near or above usual supports quality work.
