Simple or Detailed dashboard
How Simple and Detailed display density works in DataFrame.fit. Simple shows big rounded icons and the main number. Detailed keeps labels, trends, and targets. Phones start in Simple.
Two densities, same data
Simple (also called Easy) is for a quick read: rounded metric icons, the primary number, and a short label. Detailed (Advanced) is the full cards with trends, targets, and narrative. Every activity number stays on the page in both modes.
Where it applies
Density follows you on Home, Fitness, Volume, Session Quality, Recovery, Analysis, Bricks, and Activity. Phones start in Simple. Your choice is saved on this device and can sync with your account.
Light and dark
Appearance also has Light, Dark, or System, and a Classic or Modern light style. Dark theme is unchanged when you switch density. Support articles follow the same colours.
Steps
- 1. Open AppearanceSettings - Appearance, or use the Simple / Detailed control on Home.
- 2. Pick Simple or DetailedSimple is big icons and the main number. Detailed keeps the full copy, trends, and targets.
- 3. Use (i) in SimpleTap (i) on a metric for the longer help, trend, and target. It does not leave the page.
